Electro galvanized welded wire mesh

Electro galvanized welded wire mesh is different from hot-dip galvanized welded mesh. Electro-galvanized welded mesh is made of low carbon steel wire and welded by fully automatic CNC welding equipment. It involves welding plain steel wire and subsequently subjecting it to an electro-galvanizing process after welding. The entire mesh, including the welded joints, is thoroughly covered and protected from corrosion and rust. The final products are uniform and flat, characterized by a robust structure.

There are two methods of electro-galvanizing welding: Electro galvanized after or before welding. This product uses electro galvanized before welding (GBW), which is more economical. This type of welded mesh is designed for small animal cages or other indoor uses. It is a economical wire mesh widely used in breeding industry. It also comes in different forms such as rolls and sheets for industrial use.
